What this product is

Timivra Student Pro Website Blocker is a personal website blocker included with Timivra Pro. It is separate from the free Timivra Student Website Blocker (Chrome-only listing).

Anyone may install the extension. Blocking unlocks after you pair a Timivra Pro account. Install once in each browser you use, then pair that browser. Supported browsers include Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, Firefox, and Safari.

What we collect

• Account email when you pair a browser with Timivra Pro
• Device / browser label you choose when pairing (for example “My laptop Chrome”)
• Blocklist (domains you choose to block)
• Focus settings: timed focus sessions, long blocks (end time), and daily schedule hours
• Unlock word stored as a one-way hash (not the plain word) so you can stop early with the unlock flow
• Block events as domain + timestamp only (for example youtube.com at a given time), when a blocked site is hit while enforcement is active
• Enforcement heartbeats: approximate time the blocker was actively enforcing rules, for your personal analytics
• Device session token on the paired browser so the extension can sync policy securely

What we do not collect

• Full browsing history
• Page titles, search queries, or page contents
• Passwords, form fields, or keystrokes (except the unlock word you deliberately enter in the extension UI, which is hashed)
• Screenshots, microphone, camera, or location for this extension
• Advertising profiles or third-party ad tracking from this extension

Why we collect it

• Pair your browser with your Timivra Pro account
• Sync your blocklist and focus settings across paired browsers
• Enforce blocking during focus sessions, long blocks, or daily schedule
• Show you personal analytics (block hits and focus time protected)
• Support unlock-word early stop and account security for paired devices

Where it is stored

• Timivra Pro account / servers: blocklist, schedule/session settings, unlock-word hash, paired devices, block events, and enforcement stats
• Local extension storage on your device: pairing session, cached policy, unlock-word hash copy for verification, and temporary sync state

Data is processed using Timivra’s normal cloud infrastructure and authentication providers (see the general Timivra Privacy Policy).

Sharing

We do not sell your Website Blocker Pro data. We do not use it for third-party advertising. We only use it to run this product’s single purpose: helping you block distracting sites during focus.

We may use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, authentication, database) solely to operate Timivra. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your controls

• Disconnect the extension anytime from its popup
• Edit or clear your blocklist in Website Blocker Pro
• Change your unlock word in the extension (requires the current word)
• End a focus session early using the confirmation sentence + unlock word flow
• Stop using daily schedule by turning it off and saving
• Delete your Timivra account via Timivra Pro account settings (synced data is handled under Timivra’s general deletion policy, typically within 30 days)

Children and students

Timivra is aimed at students and personal productivity users. It is not intended for children under 10. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent where required. Parents who set an unlock word should choose something only they know if the goal is to make early unlock harder.
